ఇటీవల జారీ చేసిన 17,000 కొత్త క్రెడిట్ కార్డులు పొరపాటున ఒకరికి బదులు మరొకరి చేతికి వెళ్లాయని ఐసీఐసీఐ బ్యాంక్ ప్రకటించింది.
Newdelhi, Apr 26: ఇటీవల జారీ చేసిన 17,000 కొత్త క్రెడిట్ కార్డులు (Credit Cards) పొరపాటున ఒకరికి బదులు మరొకరి చేతికి వెళ్లాయని ఐసీఐసీఐ బ్యాంక్ (ICICI Bank) ప్రకటించింది. ఏదైనా ఆర్థిక నష్టం జరిగితే బాధిత కస్టమర్లకు దాన్ని పరిహారంగా చెల్లిస్తామని హామీ ఇచ్చింది. ఈ కార్డులన్నింటినీ ఇప్పటికే బ్లాక్ చేశామన్న ఐసీఐసీఐ బ్యాంక్.. తప్పుగా పంపిణీ అయిన కార్డులను తిరిగి వెనక్కి తీసుకోవడం వీలు కానందున, అసలు కస్టమర్లకు త్వరలోనే కొత్త కార్డులు వస్తాయన్నది.
