UGC issues warning against fake online degrees: గుర్తింపు పొందిన డిగ్రీ నామకరణం మాదిరిగానే సంక్షిప్త పదాలతో కూడిన నకిలీ ఆన్లైన్ ప్రోగ్రామ్లకు వ్యతిరేకంగా యూనివర్సిటీ గ్రాంట్స్ కమిషన్ ప్రజలను హెచ్చరించింది, ప్రత్యేక “10-రోజుల MBA” కోర్సును ఫ్లాగ్ చేస్తూ అధికారులు తెలిపారు.UGC నిబంధనల ప్రకారం ఏదైనా ఆన్లైన్ డిగ్రీ ప్రోగ్రామ్ను అందించడానికి ఉన్నత విద్యా సంస్థలు UGC నుండి అనుమతి పొందవలసి ఉంటుంది. ఆన్లైన్ ప్రోగ్రామ్లను అందించడానికి గుర్తింపు పొందిన HEIల (ఉన్నత విద్యా సంస్థలు) జాబితా మరియు deb.ugc.ac.inలో అందుబాటులో ఉన్న ఆన్లైన్ ప్రోగ్రామ్ల జాబితా” అని జోషి చెప్పారు.
"అందుకే, ఏదైనా ఆన్లైన్ ప్రోగ్రామ్కు దరఖాస్తు చేయడానికి లేదా అడ్మిషన్ తీసుకునే ముందు ఆన్లైన్ ప్రోగ్రామ్ యొక్క చెల్లుబాటును నిర్ధారించుకోవాలని వాటాదారులకు సూచించబడింది" అని ఆయన చెప్పారు.
