భారత్లో ఏప్రిల్ నుంచి జూన్ వరకు అధిక స్థాయిలో ఉష్ణోగ్రతలు నమోదయ్యే అవకాశం ఉన్నదని భారత వాతావరణ విభాగం (ఐఎండీ) శనివారం హెచ్చరించింది. దేశంలోని చాలా ప్రాంతాల్లో సాధారణ గరిష్ఠ స్థాయి కంటే అధికంగా ఉష్ణోగ్రతలు నమోదు అవుతాయని అంచనా వేసింది.
భారత్లో ఏప్రిల్ నుంచి జూన్ వరకు అధిక స్థాయిలో ఉష్ణోగ్రతలు నమోదయ్యే అవకాశం ఉన్నదని భారత వాతావరణ విభాగం (ఐఎండీ) శనివారం హెచ్చరించింది. దేశంలోని చాలా ప్రాంతాల్లో సాధారణ గరిష్ఠ స్థాయి కంటే అధికంగా ఉష్ణోగ్రతలు నమోదు అవుతాయని అంచనా వేసింది. ఈ మూడు నెలల కాలంలో మధ్య, తూర్పు, వాయవ్య భారత్లోని మెజారిటీ ప్రాంతాల్లో ఎక్కువ రోజుల పాటు వడగాడ్పుల ప్రభావం తీవ్రంగా ఉండే అవకాశం ఉన్నదని పేర్కొన్నది. ముఖ్యంగా బీహార్, జార్ఖండ్, ఉత్తరప్రదేశ్, ఒడిశా, పశ్చిమబెంగాల్, ఛత్తీస్గఢ్, మహారాష్ట్ర, గుజరాత్, పంజాబ్, హర్యానా రాష్ర్టాల్లో ఎక్కువ రోజులు వడగాడ్పులు వీచే ముప్పు ఉన్నదని ఐఎండీ డైరెక్టర్ జనరల్ మృత్యుంజయ్ మహాపాత్ర వెల్లడించారు.
