SC on Calcutta HC Verdict: అమ్మాయిలు లైంగిక కోరికలు అణుచుకోవాలనే హైకోర్టు తీర్పుపై సుప్రీంకోర్టు తీవ్ర అభ్యంతరం
యవ్వన దశలో ఉన్న అమ్మాయిలు తమ లైంగిక కోరికలను నియంత్రించుకోవాలంటూ కలకత్తా హైకోర్టు ఇచ్చిన తీర్పుపై సుప్రీంకోర్టు అభ్యంతరం వ్యక్తం చేసింది. తీర్పులోని ప్రతి కాపీ అభ్యంతరకరంగా ఉన్నాయని ధర్మాసనం పేర్కొంది.
యవ్వన దశలో ఉన్న అమ్మాయిలు తమ లైంగిక కోరికలను నియంత్రించుకోవాలంటూ కలకత్తా హైకోర్టు ఇచ్చిన తీర్పుపై సుప్రీంకోర్టు అభ్యంతరం వ్యక్తం చేసింది. తీర్పులోని ప్రతి కాపీ అభ్యంతరకరంగా ఉన్నాయని ధర్మాసనం పేర్కొంది. న్యాయ సూత్రాలను పరిగణనలోకి తీసుకోకుండా గౌరవ హోదాలో ఉన్న న్యాయవాదులు ఇలాంటి తీర్పులలో తమ సొంత అభిప్రాయాలను చొప్పించడం సబబు కాదని సూచించింది.ఈ కేసులో తదుపరి విచారణ జనవరి 12న జరుగనున్నది.
పశ్చిమబెంగాల్‌లో 14 ఏళ్ళ బాలిక అత్యాచారం కేసులో కౌమార దశలో ఉన్న బాలికలు తమ లైంగిక వాంఛలను అదుపులో పెట్టుకోవాలని హైకోర్టు వ్యాఖ్యానించింది. రెండు నిమిషాల సుఖం కోసం బాలికలు పరాజితులుగా మిగిలిపోకూడదని సలహా ఇచ్చింది. అంతేగాక నిందితుడికి ట్రయల్‌ కోర్టు విధించిన 20 ఏళ్ల జైలుశిక్షను రద్దు చేసింది.
