ఓ కేసు విచారణలో లైవ్ఇన్ రిలేషన్షిప్పై అలహాబాద్ హైకోర్టు కీలక వ్యాఖ్యలు చేసింది. మెజారిటీ ( మేజర్) సాధించిన అబ్బాయి లేదా అమ్మాయి, తనకు నచ్చిన వ్యక్తిని వివాహం చేసుకోవడానికి లేదా జీవించడానికి హక్కు ఉందని తెలిపింది.
ఓ కేసు విచారణలో లైవ్ఇన్ రిలేషన్షిప్పై అలహాబాద్ హైకోర్టు కీలక వ్యాఖ్యలు చేసింది. మెజారిటీ ( మేజర్) సాధించిన అబ్బాయి లేదా అమ్మాయి, తనకు నచ్చిన వ్యక్తిని వివాహం చేసుకోవడానికి లేదా జీవించడానికి హక్కు ఉందని తెలిపింది. భారత రాజ్యాంగంలోని ఆర్టికల్ 19, 21 కింద హామీ ఇవ్వబడిన జీవించే హక్కు, వ్యక్తిగత స్వేచ్ఛ నుండి ఉద్భవించే భాగస్వామిని ఎంచుకునే వారి స్వేచ్ఛలో అతని/ఆమె తల్లిదండ్రులతో సహా లేదా వారి తరపున ఎవరూ జోక్యం చేసుకోలేరని కోర్టు తెలిపింది.
