ఢిల్లీ జల్ బోర్డు స్కామ్ మనీలాండరింగ్ కేసులో ఎన్ఫోర్స్మెంట్ డైరెక్టరేట్(ED) విచారణకు ఢిల్లీ సీఎం అరవింద్ కేజ్రీవాల్ (Arvind Kejriwal) గైర్హాజరయ్యారు. ఈ విషయాన్ని ఆమ్ ఆద్మీ పార్టీ ప్రతినిధులు మీడియాకు తెలిపారు. ఇప్పటికే లిక్కర్ కేసులో సమన్లకు స్పందించని కేసులో కోర్టు ఆమ్ ఆద్మీ పార్టీ(ఆప్) అధినేతకు బెయిల్ ఇచ్చిందని, అయినా ఈడీ మళ్లీ ఎందుకు సమన్లు పంపిందో తెలియడం లేదని ఆప్ నేతలు వ్యాఖ్యానించారు.
కేజ్రీవాల్కు ఈడీ పంపిన సమన్లు చట్ట విరుద్ధమని ఆప్ నేతలు పేర్కొన్నారు. ఢిల్లీ జల్ బోర్డు కేసులో (Delhi Jal Board Case) సోమవారం(మార్చ్ 18) తమ ముందు హాజరవ్వాలని ఆదివారం ఈడీ కేజ్రీవాల్కు నోటీసులు పంపిన విషయం తెలిసిందే. అంతకుముందు లిక్కర్ కేసులో ఈడీ వరుస సమన్లకు స్పందించని కేసులో ఢిల్లీలోని రౌస్ ఎవెన్యూ కోర్టు శనివారం కేజ్రీవాల్కు బెయిల్ ఇవ్వడం గమనార్హం.
