ఎన్నికల సంఘం ఏ రాజకీయ పార్టీ తొత్తు కాదు. ప్రతి రాజకీయ పార్టీ సమానమే. ఒమిక్రాన్ వేవ్ కారణంగా ఎన్నికల ర్యాలీలపై నిషేధం విధించిన సమయంలో, EC MCC ఉల్లంఘనలను తీవ్రంగా పరిగణించింది. మొత్తం 5 రాష్ట్రాల్లో కోవిడ్ నిబంధనలను ఉల్లంఘించినందుకు అలాగే MCC ఉల్లంఘనలకు సంబంధించి దాదాపు 2,270 ఎఫ్ఐఆర్లు నమోదు చేయబడ్డాయని అన్నారు.
