అమరవీరుడు భగత్ సింగ్ తమ్ముడు కుమారుడు అభయ్ సింగ్ సంధు(63) కరోనాతో కన్నుమూశారు. కరోనా సోకిన అభయ్ సింగ్ సంధును మొహాలిలోని ఫోర్టిస్ ఆసుపత్రికి తరలించారు. అక్కడ చికిత్స పొందుతూ ఆయన కన్నుమూశారు.

పంజాబ్ ఆరోగ్య మంత్రి బల్బీర్ సింగ్ కూడా అభయ్సింగ్ మృతికి సంతాపం వెలిబుచ్చారు. కాగా గత 24 గంటల్లో పంజాబ్లో కొత్తగా 8,068 కరోనా కేసులు నమోదయ్యాయి. ఇదే సమయంలో 8,446 మంది కరోనా నుంచి కోలుకోగా, 180 మంది మృతి చెందారు. ప్రస్తుతం పంజాబ్లో 79,359 యాక్టివ్ కేసులు ఉన్నాయి. రాష్ట్రంలో ఇప్పటివరకు 11,477 మంది కరోనా కారణంగా కన్నుమూశారు.
