ఢిల్లీతోపాటు (Delhi) ఎగువన కురుస్తున్న భారీ వర్షాలతో యమునా నది (Yamuna River) మహోగ్రరూపం దాల్చింది. వరద (Floods) నీరు పోటెత్తడంతో ఆల్‌టైం రికార్డ్‌స్థాయికి చేరుకుంది. గురువారం ఉదయం 7 గంటలకు నదిలో 208.46 మీటర్ల మేర వరద ప్రవాహం ఉంది. ప్రమాదకర స్థాయి కంటే మూడు మీటర్లు ఎగువన ప్రవహిస్తోంది.ఢిల్లీలోని పాత రైల్వే వంతెనే వద్ద యమునా నది నీటి మట్టం ప్రమాదకర స్థాయికి చేరింది.

యమునా ఉప్పొంగడంతో సమీప ప్రాంతాలు పూర్తిగా జలమయమయ్యాయి. ప్రధాన రహదారులన్నీ నదులను తలపిస్తున్నాయి. లోతట్టు ప్రాంతాల ఇళ్లలోని నీరు చేరడంతో ప్రజలు తీవ్ర ఇబ్బందులు ఎదుర్కొంటున్నారు. సివిల్ లైన్స్ ప్రాంతంలో రింగ్ రోడ్డు పూర్తిగా నీటమునిగింది. కశ్మీరీ గేట్ – మంజు కా తిలాని కలిపే ప్రాంతంలో భారీగా వరద చేరి వాహనాల రాకపోకలు నిలిచిపోయాయి. ఢిల్లీలోని ఎర్రకోట సమీపంలోని వరద ప్రాంతంలో ఛాతీ లోతు నీటిలో రిక్షా-పుల్లర్ పెడల్స్ వీడియో ఇదిగో..
