ఎన్ఫోర్స్మెంట్ డైరెక్టరేట్ (ఈడీ) తన అరెస్టును వ్యతిరేకిస్తూ జార్ఖండ్ మాజీ ముఖ్యమంత్రి హేమంత్ సోరెన్ చేసిన పిటిషన్ను విచారించడానికి సుప్రీంకోర్టు నిరాకరించింది.మీరు జార్ఖండ్ హైకోర్టును ఆశ్రయించాలని అత్యున్నత న్యాయస్థానం ఆదేశించింది.
ఎన్ఫోర్స్మెంట్ డైరెక్టరేట్ (ఈడీ) తన అరెస్టును వ్యతిరేకిస్తూ జార్ఖండ్ మాజీ ముఖ్యమంత్రి హేమంత్ సోరెన్ చేసిన పిటిషన్ను విచారించడానికి సుప్రీంకోర్టు నిరాకరించింది.మీరు జార్ఖండ్ హైకోర్టును ఆశ్రయించాలని అత్యున్నత న్యాయస్థానం ఆదేశించింది. మనీలాండరింగ్ కేసులో ఈడీ అరెస్ట్ను వ్యతిరేకిస్తూ ఆయన పిటిషన్ దాఖలు చేశారు. ఈ పిటిషన్ విచారణకు సుప్రీంకోర్టు త్రిసభ్య ధర్మాసనం తిరస్కరించింది. ఈ కేసులో ప్రస్తుతం తాము జోక్యం చేసుకోమని.. ముందుగా హైకోర్టుకు వెళ్లాలని తెలిపింది.
ఈడీ జారీ చేసిన సమన్లను చట్టవిరుద్ధం, తన ప్రాథమిక హక్కులకు భంగం కలిగించడమేనంటూ పేర్కొంటూ వాటిని రద్దు చేయాలని సోరెన్ కోరారు. దీనిపై విచారణ జరిపిన సీజేఐ డీవీ చంద్రచూడ్ నేతృత్వంలోని జస్టిస్లు సంజీవ్ఖన్నా, ఎంఎం సుందరేష్, బేల ఎం త్రివేదిలతో కూడిన ప్రత్యేక త్రిసభ ధర్మాసనం పిటిషన్ను తిరస్కరిస్తున్నట్లు పేర్కొంది.
