మూడు నూతన వ్యవసాయ చట్టాలను రద్దు చేసేందుకు ఇవాళ లోక్సభలో కేంద్ర వ్యవసాయశాఖ మంత్రి బిల్లును ప్రవేశపెట్టారు. సాగు చట్టాల రద్దు బిల్లుకు లోక్సభ ఆమోదం (Farm Laws Repeal Bill 2021 Passed) తెలిపింది.
పార్లమెంట్ శీతాకాల సమావేశాలు ప్రారంభం అయ్యాయి. ఇటీవల మృతి చెందిన పలువురు సభ్యులకు లోక్సభలో నివాళులు అర్పించారు. మూడు నూతన వ్యవసాయ చట్టాలను రద్దు చేసేందుకు ఇవాళ లోక్సభలో కేంద్ర వ్యవసాయశాఖ మంత్రి బిల్లును ప్రవేశపెట్టారు. సాగు చట్టాల రద్దు బిల్లుకు లోక్సభ ఆమోదం (Farm Laws Repeal Bill 2021 Passed) తెలిపింది. అయితే ఆ సమయంలో విపక్ష సభ్యులు ఆందోళన చేపట్టారు. బిల్లుపై చర్చ నిర్వహించకుండానే సాగు చట్టాలను రద్దు చేసినట్లు విపక్షాలు ఆరోపించాయి. దీంతో సభలో రభస మొదలైంది. ఈ బిల్లుపై చర్చ చేపట్టాలని కాంగ్రెస్ నేత అధిర్ రంజన్ చౌదరీ డిమాండ్ చేశారు. .
చర్చ లేకుండా మూడు వ్యవసాయ చట్టాల రద్దు చేయడంతో విపక్షాలు గందరగోళం సృష్టించాయి. మూజువాణి ఓటుతోనే బిల్లుకు ఓకే చెప్పేశారు. దీంతో విపక్ష సభ్యులు వెల్లోకి దూసుకువచ్చారు. అయితే చర్చను చేపట్టేందుకు సిద్దంగా ఉన్నట్లు చెప్పిన స్పీకర్ బిర్లా.. ఆ గందరగోళం మధ్య సభను మధ్యాహ్నం 2 గంటలకు వాయిదా వేశారు.
