New Delhi, Dec 6: రష్యా అధ్యక్షుడు పుతిన్తో ప్రధానమంత్రి నరేంద్ర మోదీ ఢిల్లీలోని హైదరాబాద్ హౌస్లో సోమవారం సాయంత్రం సమావేశమయ్యారు. ఇరు దేశాధినేతల మధ్య ద్వైపాక్షిక సంబంధాలపై చర్చలు (India-Russia Annual Summit 2021) కొనసాగుతున్నాయి. ఈ నేపథ్యంలో పలు కీలక ఒప్పందాలపై వారు సంతాకలు చేయనున్నారు. కాగా అంతకు ముందు భారత్-రష్యాల మధ్య జరిగిన 2+2 సమావేశంలో నాలుగు కీలక ఒప్పందాలపై ఇరుదేశాలు సంతకాలు చేశాయి. రైఫిల్స్ తయారీతో పాటు రానున్న 10ఏళ్లు రక్షణ సహకారంపై ఒప్పందం చేసుకున్నాయి.
ఈ భేటీలో భారత్, రష్యా రక్షణ, విదేశాంగ శాఖ మంత్రులు పాల్గొన్నారు. ఇరు దేశాల వ్యూహాత్మక భాగస్వామ్యాన్ని మరింత బలోపేతంపై చర్చలు జరిపారు. భారత్కు సహకారం అందించిన రష్యాకు రక్షణ మంత్రి రాజ్నాథ్ సింగ్ అభినందనలు తెలిపారు. ఒక దేశంతో బంధాన్ని బలోపేతం చేసుకోవడం అంటే.. మరో దేశాన్ని లక్ష్యంగా చేసుకున్నట్టు కాదన్న విషయాన్ని అర్థం చేసుకోవాలని పరోక్షంగా అమెరికాను ఉద్దేశించి అన్నారు. తాజా పరిస్థితులతో ఆసియాలో శాంతి, స్థిరత్వం మెరుగుపడుతుందని రాజ్నాథ్ ఆశాభావం వ్యక్తం చేశారు.
