జమ్మూ కశ్మీర్ తొలి విడత ఎన్నికల పోలింగ్ ప్రశాంతంగా జరుగుతోంది. మధ్యాహ్నం ఒంటి గంట వరకు 41.47 శాతం ఓటింగ్ జరుగగా కిష్ట్వార్లోని పోలింగ్ స్టేషన్లో కాసేపు పోలింగ్ నిలిపివేశారు. ఎటువంటి గుర్తింపు కార్డు లేకుండా ఓ వ్యక్తి పోలింగ్ స్టేషన్కు రాగా గందరగోళం నెలకొనడంతో కాసేపు బ్రేక్ ఇచ్చారు. ఆ తర్వాత పరిస్థితి చక్కబడటంతో పోలింగ్ను తిరిగి ప్రారంభించారు.
