కేరళ హైకోర్టు మంగళవారం కీలక తీర్పు వెలువరించింది. ఆదిలా దాఖలు చేసిన హెబియస్ కార్పస్ పిటిషన్పై స్వలింగ సంపర్కులైన ఆదిలా నస్రీన్, ఫాతిమా నూరా కలిసి జీవించేందుకు కోర్టు అనుమతించింది. ఆదిలా దాఖలు చేసిన హెబియస్ కార్పస్ పిటిషన్పై లెస్బియన్ జంట ఆదిలా నస్రిన్ మరియు ఫాతిమా నూరా కలిసి జీవించడానికి కేరళ హైకోర్టు మంగళవారం అనుమతించిందని వార్తా సంస్థ ANI నివేదించింది. గత వారం ఫాతిమాను కుటుంబ సభ్యులు అపహరించిన నేపథ్యంలో ఆదిలా పోలీసులకు ఫిర్యాదు చేశారు. 22 ఏళ్ల ఆదిలా, 23 ఏళ్ల ఫాతిమా నూరా సౌదీ అరేబియాలో చదువుకున్నప్పుడు ప్రేమించుకున్నారు. వారి లెస్బియన్ సంబంధాన్ని వారి కుటుంబాలు వ్యతిరేకించాయి. కేరళకు తిరిగి వచ్చిన తర్వాత వారు అనుబంధాన్ని కొనసాగించారు.
