No Re-Test for NEET-UG Exam 2024: నీట్ పరీక్ష తిరిగి నిర్వహిస్తే మొత్తం 24 లక్షల మంది అభ్యర్థులు ఇబ్బందులు పాలవుతారు, మళ్లీ నిర్వహించాల్సిన అవసరం లేదని తెలిపిన సుప్రీంకోర్టు

నీట్‌-యూజీ పరీక్ష (NEET-UG exam) ను మరోసారి నిర్వహించాల్సిన అవసరం లేదని సుప్రీంకోర్టు (Supreme Court) స్పష్టం చేసింది. పరీక్ష నిర్వహణలో వ్యవస్థాపరమైన లోపాలు ఉన్న మాట వాస్తవమేనని, అయితే ఈ లోపం వల్ల కేవలం 155 మంది అభ్యర్థులు లబ్ధి పొందారని ధర్మాసనం తెలిపింది. దాని కారణంగా మిగతా అభ్యర్థులందరికీ తిరిగి పరీక్ష నిర్వహించాల్సిన అసవరం లేదని దేశ సర్వోన్నత న్యాయస్థానం పేర్కొన్నది. నీట్‌ పేపర్‌ లీకేజీ ద్వారా పరిమిత సంఖ్యలో మాత్రమే అభ్యర్థులు లబ్ధి పొందారని, ఆ లబ్ధిపొందిన అభ్యర్థులపై చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని కోర్టు సూచించింది. పరీక్ష తిరిగి నిర్వహిస్తే మొత్తం 24 లక్షల మంది అభ్యర్థులు ఇబ్బందుల పాలవుతారని భారత ప్రధాన న్యాయమూర్తి జస్టిస్‌ చంద్రచూడ్‌ వ్యాఖ్యానించారు.  నీట్‌ పీజీ పరీక్ష కొత్త షెడ్యూల్ విడుదల, ఆగస్టు 11న ఒకే రోజు రెండు షిఫ్టుల్లో పరీక్ష, వివాదాల కారణంగా వాయిదా పడుతూ వచ్చిన నీట్ యూజీ

The Supreme Court on Tuesday (July 23) refused to cancel the NEET-UG 2024 exam on the ground of paper leak and malpractices. The Court stated that there was no material to indicate that the leak was systemic affecting the sanctity of the entire exam.
