తమిళనాడులో ఉన్న పళని ఆలయంలోకి హిందూయేతరుల ప్రవేశంపై మద్రాస్ హైకోర్టు కీలక తీర్పును వెలువరించింది. పళని ఆలయం పిక్నిక్ స్పాట్ కాదని, ధ్వజస్తంభం దాటి హిందూయేతరుల ప్రవేశానికి అనుమతి లేదని స్పష్టం చేసింది.
తమిళనాడులో ఉన్న పళని ఆలయంలోకి హిందూయేతరుల ప్రవేశంపై మద్రాస్ హైకోర్టు కీలక తీర్పును వెలువరించింది. పళని ఆలయం పిక్నిక్ స్పాట్ కాదని, ధ్వజస్తంభం దాటి హిందూయేతరుల ప్రవేశానికి అనుమతి లేదని స్పష్టం చేసింది. ప్రాంగణాన్ని పిక్నిక్ స్పాట్ లేదా టూరిస్ట్ స్పాట్గా, నిర్మాణ స్మారక చిహ్నాలను ప్రజలు ఉపయోగించలేరని తెలిపింది. దేవాలయాల ప్రాంగణాన్ని గౌరవప్రదంగా, ఆగమాల ప్రకారం నిర్వహించాలని స్పష్టం చేసింది.
