Forest Conservation Amendment Bill: లోక్సభలో పాసైన అటవీ సంరక్షణ సవరణ బిల్లు, సరిహద్దుల వద్ద వంద కిలోమీటర్ల పరిధి వరకు ఎకో టూరిజం ఏర్పాటు
ఇవాళ లోక్సభలో అటవీ సంరక్షణ సవరణ బిల్లు(Forest Conservation Amendment Bill) పాసైంది. దేశ సరిహద్దుల వద్ద సుమారు వంద కిలోమీటర్ల పరిధి వరకు ఉన్న అటవీ సంరక్షణ చట్టాల్ని మినహాయించాలని, ఆ ప్రాంతాల్లో ఉన్న అడవుల్లో జూలు, సఫారీలు, ఎకో టూరిజం సౌకర్యాలను ఏర్పాటు చేసే విధంగా కొత్త చట్టాన్ని రూపొందించారు.
ఇవాళ లోక్సభలో అటవీ సంరక్షణ సవరణ బిల్లు(Forest Conservation Amendment Bill) పాసైంది. దేశ సరిహద్దుల వద్ద సుమారు వంద కిలోమీటర్ల పరిధి వరకు ఉన్న అటవీ సంరక్షణ చట్టాల్ని మినహాయించాలని, ఆ ప్రాంతాల్లో ఉన్న అడవుల్లో జూలు, సఫారీలు, ఎకో టూరిజం సౌకర్యాలను ఏర్పాటు చేసే విధంగా కొత్త చట్టాన్ని రూపొందించారు. స్వల కాల చర్చ తర్వాత అటవీ పరిరక్షణ సవరణ బిల్లు 2023కి ఆమోదం తెలిపారు. పర్యావరణశాఖ మంత్రి భూపేంద్ర యాదవ్ ఈ బిల్లుపై మాట్లాడారు. అంతర్జాతీయ సరిహద్దు, నియంత్రణ రేఖ, వాస్తవాధీన రేఖకు100 కిలోమీటర్ల రేంజ్లో ఉన్న అడవుల్లో జాతీయ ప్రాముఖ్యత కలిగిన ప్రాజెక్టులు నిర్మించే రీతిలో చట్టాన్ని సవరించారు.
