Delhi, Aug 1:  ఎస్సీ ,ఎస్టీ వర్గీకరణపై దేశ సర్వోన్నత న్యాయస్థానం సుప్రీం కోర్టు చారిత్రాత్మక తీర్పు వెలువరించింది. ఎస్టీ, ఎస్సీ వర్గీకరణపై నిర్ణయం రాష్ట్రాలదేనని తేల్చి చెప్పింది. ఏడుగురు సభ్యుల ధర్మాసనంలో తీర్పును వ్యతిరేకించారు జస్టిస్ బేలా త్రివేది. ఉప వర్గీకరణ సాధ్యం కాదని అభిప్రాయపడ్డారు త్రివేది. విద్య, ఉద్యోగాల్లో ఎస్సీ, ఎస్టీలకు రిజర్వేషన్లు అవసరమని ధర్మాసనం అభిప్రాయపడింది.  భార్యాభర్తల విడాకుల కేసులో ఢిల్లీ హైకోర్టు కీలక తీర్పు, వివాహేతర సంబంధం గురించి కోర్టు విచారించాల్సిన అవసరం లేదని వెల్లడి
