యూపీలోని ముజఫర్నగర్ జిల్లాలో నిర్మాణంలో ఉన్న రెండు అంతస్తుల భవనం కుప్పకూలింది. ఈ ఘటనలో ఇద్దరు మరణించారు. మరో 17 మందికి తీవ్ర గాయాలయ్యాయి. శిథిలాల కింద మరో 25 మంది కూలీలు చిక్కుకుని ఉన్నారని స్థానికులు చెబుతున్నట్లు అధికారులు వెల్లడించారు.
