మధ్యాహ్న భోజనంలో కోడిమాంసం, మాంసాన్ని మినహాయిస్తూ లక్షద్వీప్ ప్రభుత్వం తీసుకున్న నిర్ణయాన్ని సవాలు చేస్తూ దాఖలైన పిల్ను కొట్టివేసిన కేరళ హైకోర్టు సెప్టెంబర్ 2021 తీర్పుపై దాఖలైన స్పెషల్ లీవ్ పిటిషన్ను న్యాయమూర్తులు అనిరుద్ధ బోస్, సుధాన్షు ధులియాతో కూడిన ధర్మాసనం విచారిస్తోంది. ఈ సందర్భంగా చికెన్, మటన్ బదులు డ్రై ఫ్రూట్స్ ఉంటాయా?” , అని బెంచ్ ప్రశ్నించింది. ASG కొత్త మధ్యాహ్న భోజన పథకాన్ని బెంచ్ ముందు సమర్పించింది. ఇందులో “కోడి ఎక్కడ ఉంది? అని ధర్మాసనం ప్రశ్నించింది.
