భారతీయ వంటకాలకు ప్రపంచవ్యాప్తంగా గుర్తింపు లభిస్తున్నది. 50 వరల్డ్ బెస్ట్ స్టివ్స్ పేరుతో ప్రముఖ ఫుడ్‌, ట్రావెల్‌ గైడ్‌ ‘టేస్ట్‌ అట్లాస్‌’ రూపొందించిన జాబితాలో తొమ్మిది భారతీయ వంటకాలకు స్థానం లభించింది.
Newdelhi, Apr 27: భారతీయ వంటకాలకు ప్రపంచవ్యాప్తంగా గుర్తింపు లభిస్తున్నది. 50 వరల్డ్ బెస్ట్ స్టివ్స్ పేరుతో ప్రముఖ ఫుడ్‌, ట్రావెల్‌ గైడ్‌ ‘టేస్ట్‌ అట్లాస్‌’ (Taste Atlas) రూపొందించిన జాబితాలో తొమ్మిది భారతీయ వంటకాలకు స్థానం లభించింది. ఈ జాబితాలో ‘కీమా’కి (Keema) టాప్‌ టెన్‌ లో చోటుదక్కింది. బెంగాల్‌కు చెందిన ‘చింగ్రీ మలాయ్ కర్రీ’ 18వ స్థానంలో నిలిచింది. కుర్మాకు 22, విందాలూ 26, దాల్‌ తడ్కా 30వ, సాగ్‌ పన్నీర్‌ 32, షాహీ పన్నీ 34, మిసాల్‌ 38వ స్థానంలో నిలిచాయి. ఇండియన్‌ దాల్‌ కు కూడా జాబితాలో చోటు దక్కింది.
