మద్యం పాలసీ కేసుకు సంబంధించి ఢిల్లీలోని రౌస్ అవెన్యూ కోర్టు ఎమ్మెల్సీ కవితకు ఈ నెల 23 వరకు జ్యుడీషియల్ కస్టడీ విధించింది.
Hyderabad, Apr 15: మద్యం పాలసీ కేసుకు సంబంధించి ఢిల్లీలోని (Delhi) రౌస్ అవెన్యూ కోర్టు ఎమ్మెల్సీ కవిత (MLC Kavitha)కు ఈ నెల 23 వరకు జ్యుడీషియల్ కస్టడీ విధించింది. దీంతో ఆమెను అధికారులు తీహార్ జైలుకు తరలించనున్నారు. అయితే 14 రోజులపాటు కస్టడీ విధించాలని సీబీఐ కోరగా, 9 రోజుల కస్టడీకి ఇస్తూ కోర్టు తీర్పు వెలువరించింది. ఢిల్లీ మద్యం పాలసీ కేసులో ఎమ్మెల్సీ కవితను గత నెల 16న ఈడీ అధికారులు అరెస్టు చేసిన విషయం తెలిసిందే.
