శరీరంపై టాటూలు వేసుకోవడం నేటి కాలంలో ఒక ట్రెండ్ గా మారింది. అయితే చర్మంపై వేసుకొనే టాటూలతో లింఫోమా అనే బ్లడ్ క్యాన్సర్ వచ్చే ముప్పు ఉన్నట్టు స్వీడన్ పరిశోధకులు హెచ్చరించారు.
Newdelhi, May 28: శరీరంపై టాటూలు (Tattoos) వేసుకోవడం నేటి కాలంలో ఒక ట్రెండ్ గా మారింది. అయితే చర్మంపై వేసుకొనే టాటూలతో లింఫోమా అనే బ్లడ్ క్యాన్సర్ (Blood Cancer) వచ్చే ముప్పు ఉన్నట్టు స్వీడన్ పరిశోధకులు హెచ్చరించారు. క్యాన్సర్ వచ్చే ప్రమాదం 21 శాతం వరకూ ఉంటుందని తెలిపారు. లింఫోమా బ్లడ్ క్యాన్సర్ బారినపడిన 2,938 మందితో కలిపి మొత్తంగా 11,905 మందిపై ఈ అధ్యయనం చేశారు. టాటూలు వేసుకోని వారితో పోలిస్తే, వేసుకొన్న వారిలో క్యాన్సర్ కణాల వృద్ధి ఎక్కువ వేగంగా జరిగినట్టు పరిశోధకులు తేల్చారు. పూర్తి వివరాలు తెలియాల్సి ఉంది.
