అలాగే ఆన్ సైట్ ఉద్యోగులకు (onsite employees) ఈసారి 2- 4 శాతం జీతాలు పెంచనున్నట్లు సమాచారం. ఇదే సమయంలో అద్భుతమైన పని తీరు కనబరిచిన ఉద్యోగులకు ఏకంగా 12- 15 శాతం వరకు వేతనం పెంచనున్నట్లు బిజినెస్ స్టాండర్డ్ తన కథనంలో పేర్కొంది. ఈ వేతన పెంపు ఏప్రిల్ 1 నుంచే అమల్లోకి వస్తుందని తెలిపింది.
