ప్రపంచంలో అత్యంత పురాతన బ్రెడ్ ను టర్కీ పురావస్తు శాస్త్రవేత్తలు కనుగొన్నారు. 8600 ఏండ్ల నాటి ఈ బ్రెడ్ ను శాస్త్రవేత్తలు గుర్తించగా ప్రాచీన కాలంలో ప్రజల ఆహార అలవాట్లు, అప్పటి నాగరికతకు ఆనవాళ్లను ఇది పట్టి ఇస్తుందని భావిస్తున్నారు.
Newdelhi, Mar 12: ప్రపంచంలో అత్యంత పురాతన బ్రెడ్ ను (Oldest Bread in the World) టర్కీ పురావస్తు శాస్త్రవేత్తలు కనుగొన్నారు. 8600 ఏండ్ల నాటి ఈ బ్రెడ్ ను శాస్త్రవేత్తలు గుర్తించగా ప్రాచీన కాలంలో ప్రజల ఆహార అలవాట్లు, అప్పటి నాగరికతకు ఆనవాళ్లను ఇది పట్టి ఇస్తుందని భావిస్తున్నారు. ఎలక్ట్రాన్ మైక్రోస్కోప్ (Electron Microscope) ఇమేజ్ లను స్కాన్ చేసిన అనంతరం బ్రెడ్ తయారీ కోసం పిండి, నీరు కలిపినట్లు తమ విశ్లేషణలు వెల్లడించినట్టు పరిశోధకులు పేర్కొన్నారు.
