ఢిల్లీలో భారీ వర్షాలు కురుస్తున్న సంగతి తెలిసిందే. ఈ నేపథ్యంలో పాత రాజేంద్రనగర్లోని రావు ఐఏఎస్ కోచింగ్ సెంటర్ బేస్మెంట్ నీటమునిగింది. సెల్లార్లో లైబ్రరీ ఉండగా దీని గేట్ బయోమెట్రిక్ ఇంప్రెషన్తో మాత్రమే అన్లాక్ చేయబడుతుంది. నీటి ఎద్దడి, విద్యుత్తు అంతరాయం కారణంగా గేటుకు తాళం పడింది. ముగ్గురు విద్యార్థులు లోపల చిక్కుకున్నారు. ముగ్గురూ నీటిలో మునిగి చనిపోయారు.

నాలుగు రోజుల క్రితం వర్షపు నీటిలో కరెంటు షాక్ తగిలి యూపీఎస్సీ విద్యార్థి మృతి చెందాడు. అంటే వారంలో నలుగురు విద్యార్థులు చనిపోయారు. దీంతో విద్యార్థులు పెద్ద ఎత్తున ఆందోళనకు దిగారు. పారిస్ ఒలింపిక్స్లో భారత్ బోణి,తొలి మహిళగా చరిత్ర సృష్టించిన భాకర్, కాంస్యంతో పతకాల పట్టిక ప్రారంభం
