ఆర్టికల్ 370 రద్దు రాజ్యాంగబద్ధమే అని సర్వోన్నత న్యాయస్థానం వెల్లడించింది. ఈ అంశంపై పిటిషనర్ల వాదనను తోసిపుచ్చిన రాజ్యాంగ ధర్మాసనం.. ఆర్టికల్ 370ని రద్దు చేస్తూ కేంద్రం తీసుకున్న నిర్ణయాన్ని సమర్థించింది. దీనిపై కేంద్ర హోం మంత్రి అమిత్ షా రాజ్యసభలో స్పందించారు. జమ్మూకాశ్మీర్లో ఆర్టికల్ 370 వేర్పాటువాదానికి దారితీసిందని అన్నారు. అది ఉగ్రవాదాన్ని ప్రోత్సహించిందని తెలిపారు.
జమ్మూకశ్మీర్ (Jammu and Kashmir)కు ప్రత్యేక ప్రతిపత్తిని కల్పించిన రాజ్యాంగంలోని ఆర్టికల్ 370 (Article 370) రద్దు రాజ్యాంగబద్ధతను సవాల్ చేస్తూ దాఖలైన పిటిషన్లపై సుప్రీంకోర్టు (Supreme Court) సోమవారం కీలక తీర్పు (Article 370 Verdict)వెలువరించింది. ఆర్టికల్ 370 రద్దు రాజ్యాంగబద్ధమే అని సర్వోన్నత న్యాయస్థానం వెల్లడించింది. ఈ అంశంపై పిటిషనర్ల వాదనను తోసిపుచ్చిన రాజ్యాంగ ధర్మాసనం.. ఆర్టికల్ 370ని రద్దు చేస్తూ కేంద్రం తీసుకున్న నిర్ణయాన్ని సమర్థించింది. దీనిపై కేంద్ర హోం మంత్రి అమిత్ షా రాజ్యసభలో స్పందించారు. జమ్మూకాశ్మీర్లో ఆర్టికల్ 370 వేర్పాటువాదానికి దారితీసిందని అన్నారు. అది ఉగ్రవాదాన్ని ప్రోత్సహించిందని తెలిపారు.
