అందరికీ ఉచిత వ్యాక్సిన్ను కర్ణాటక ప్రభుత్వం ఇంతవరకూ ఎందుకు ప్రకటించలేదు? పౌరులందరికీ ఉచిత వ్యాక్సిన్ ఇవ్వాలన్నదే (DK Shivakumar demands free vaccination for all citizens) నా డిమాండ్' అని డీకే ఒక ట్వీట్లో పేర్కొన్నారు. ఈనెల 21న కూడా ఆయన (Karnataka Congress president DK Shivakumar) ఉచిత వ్యాక్సిన్ డిమాండ్ చేశారు.
రాష్ట్రాలు, ప్రైవేటు ఆసుపత్రులు వ్యాక్సిన్ సేకరణకు వేర్వేరు రేట్లు ఉండటం వివక్షాపూరితమని, దీని వల్ల అందరికీ వ్యాక్సినేషన్ చేరువకాదని ఆయన వ్యాఖ్యానించారు. నేషనల్ హెల్త్ ఎమర్జెన్సీలో లాభాల ఆర్జనను అనుమతించ రాదని అన్నారు. సంక్షేమ చర్చగా 18 ఏళ్లు పైబడిన వారందరికీ కేంద్రం, రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం ఉచిత వ్యాక్సిన్ ఇవ్వాలని ఆయన డిమాండ్ చేశారు.
