HC on Interfaith Marriage: మతాంతర వివాహాలపై అలహాబాద్ హైకోర్టు కీలక వ్యాఖ్యలు, వారికి రక్షణ కల్పించాలనే పిటిషన్ కొట్టేసిన ధర్మాసనం

ఉత్తరప్రదేశ్ లో చట్టవిరుద్ధమైన మత మార్పిడి నిషేధ చట్టంలోని నిబంధనలకు అనుగుణంగా తమ వివాహాలు జరగనందున జీవిత రక్షణ కోసం ఎనిమిది హిందూ-ముస్లిం జంటలు దాఖలు చేసిన పిటిషన్‌లను అలహాబాద్ హైకోర్టు ఇటీవల కొట్టివేసింది. తమకు రక్షణ కల్పించాలని, తమ వైవాహిక జీవితంలో జోక్యం చేసుకోవద్దని కోరుతూ దంపతులు వేర్వేరు పిటిషన్ల ద్వారా హైకోర్టును ఆశ్రయించారు. అయితే, అవన్నీ జనవరి 10-16 మధ్య వేర్వేరు తేదీలలో ఉన్నాయని హైకోర్టు కొట్టివేసింది. ఇవి మతాంతర వివాహాల కేసులని, అయితే మతమార్పిడి నిరోధక చట్టాన్ని పాటించనందున ఆ వివాహాలు చట్ట ప్రకారం జరగలేదని జస్టిస్ సరళ్ శ్రీవాస్తవ ఉత్తర్వుల్లో పేర్కొన్నారు. భార్య డిగ్రీ చదివినంత మాత్రాన ఉద్యోగం చేయాలని బలవంతం చేయలేం, భర్త చెల్లించే మధ్యంతర భరణం కేసులో ఢిల్లీ హైకోర్టు కీలక వ్యాఖ్యలు
