ఎల్జీబీటీక్యూ కమ్యూనిటీకి కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం గుడ్ న్యూస్ చెప్పింది. బ్యాంకు ఖాతాలను తెరవడం విషయంలో వారికి ఎలాంటి ఆంక్షలు ఉండబోవని స్పష్టం చేసింది.
Newdelhi, Aug 30: ఎల్జీబీటీక్యూ (LGBTQ) కమ్యూనిటీకి కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం గుడ్ న్యూస్ చెప్పింది. బ్యాంకు ఖాతాలను (Bank Accounts) తెరవడం విషయంలో వారికి ఎలాంటి ఆంక్షలు ఉండబోవని స్పష్టం చేసింది. ఉమ్మడి ఖాతాను ప్రారంభించడంలో కానీ, తమకు సంబంధించిన వ్యక్తిని నామినేట్ చేయడంలో కానీ ఆంక్షలు ఉండవని తెలిపింది. ఈ మేరకు ఆర్థిక మంత్రిత్వశాఖ వెల్లడించింది. ఈ సందర్భంగా సుప్రియో చక్రవర్తి వర్సెస్ యూనియన్ బ్యాంక్ ఆఫ్ ఇండియా కేసులో 17 అక్టోబర్ 2023లో సుప్రీంకోర్టు ఆదేశాలను ఉటంకించింది.
