జీవన భృతి కోసం కొట్టుకున్న భార్యాభర్తల కేసులో అలహాబాద్ హైకోర్టు కీలక వ్యాఖ్యలు చేసింది. మీ గొడవతో కలియుగం వచ్చేసినట్టుంది’ అంటూ దుపరి విచారణలోగా మీలో మీరు మాట్లాడుకుని ఒప్పందం కుదుర్చుకోండని సూచించారు. కేసు విచారణను వాయిదా వేశారు.
జీవన భృతి కోసం కొట్టుకున్న భార్యాభర్తల కేసులో అలహాబాద్ హైకోర్టు కీలక వ్యాఖ్యలు చేసింది. మీ గొడవతో కలియుగం వచ్చేసినట్టుంది’ అంటూ దుపరి విచారణలోగా మీలో మీరు మాట్లాడుకుని ఒప్పందం కుదుర్చుకోండని సూచించారు. కేసు విచారణను వాయిదా వేశారు. కేసులోకి వెళితే..అలీగఢ్ కు చెందిన మునేశ్ కుమార్ గుప్త (80) తన భార్య నుంచి విడాకులు పొందారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా మనోవర్తి కావాలంటూ గుప్త భార్య కోరగా.. ఫ్యామిలీ కోర్టు ఆమెకు అనుకూలంగా తీర్పు వెలువరించింది. అయితే, ఈ తీర్పును గుప్త అలహాబాద్ హైకోర్టులో సవాల్ చేశారు. మంగళవారం ఈ కేసు విచారణకు హాజరైన గుప్త, ఆయన భార్యను చూసి జస్టిస్ సౌరభ్ శ్యామ్ శంషేరి ఆశ్చర్యపోయారు. ఈ వయసులో ఇదేం గొడవ అని మందలిస్తూ.. ఇద్దరూ కూర్చుని సామరస్యపూర్వకంగా ఒప్పందానికి రావాలని సూచిస్తూ విచారణను వాయిదా వేశారు.
