Mumbai, October 7: పిల్లల్ని కనడం, కనకపోవడం పూర్తిగా మహిళ ఇష్టమని.. ఈ విషయంలో ఆమెపై భర్త ఒత్తిడి (Pressure) తగదని బాంబే హైకోర్టు (Bombay High Court) అభిప్రాయపడింది. సంతానం అంశం మహిళ వ్యక్తిగత స్వేచ్ఛకు (Personal Freedom) సంబంధించిందని తెలిపింది. తన అనుమతి లేకుండా గర్భస్రావం చేసుకున్న భార్యతో తనకు విడాకులు ఇప్పించాలని ఓ వ్యక్తి కోర్టును ఆశ్రయించాడు. దీనిపై విచారించిన ధర్మాసనం పై విధంగా స్పందించింది. అబార్షన్ విషయంలో భర్త అనుమతి అవసరం లేదన్నది. విడాకుల పిటిషన్ ను తోసిపుచ్చింది.
