Newdelhi, Nov 14: భర్త (Husband) తన భార్య (Wife) పుట్టిన రోజు(Birthday)ను మర్చిపోవడం, ఆమె ఆయనపై చిర్రుబుర్రులాడటం తరచూ కనిపిస్తూ ఉంటుంది. అయితే సమోవా దేశంలో మాత్రం ఇలాంటి భర్తలకు జైలు శిక్ష తప్పదు. ఈ దేశంలో అమల్లో ఉన్న చట్టం ప్రకారం, భార్య పుట్టిన రోజును మొదటిసారి మర్చిపోయే భర్తను హెచ్చరిస్తారు. రెండోసారి కూడా మర్చిపోతే ఆ భర్తకు జరిమానా లేదా గరిష్ఠంగా ఐదేండ్ల జైలు శిక్ష విధిస్తారు. ఇలాంటి భర్తలను గుర్తించేందుకు ప్రత్యేకంగా పోలీసు బృందాన్ని ఏర్పాటు చేసినట్లు తెలుస్తున్నది.
