టెక్ కంపెనీలు ఉద్యోగులను ఇంటికి సాగనంపుతున్న వేళ చిప్ దిగ్గజం ఇంటెల్ కీలక నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంది. ఉద్యోగులను తొలగించడానికి బదులుగా వారి వేతనాల్లో కోత విధించాలని నిర్ణయించింది. కంపెనీ సీఈవో స్థాయి నుంచి కింది స్థాయి ఉద్యోగుల వరకు ఈ నిబంధనను అమలు చేయాలని నిర్ణయించింది.
టెక్ కంపెనీలు ఉద్యోగులను ఇంటికి సాగనంపుతున్న వేళ చిప్ దిగ్గజం ఇంటెల్ కీలక నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంది. ఉద్యోగులను తొలగించడానికి బదులుగా వారి వేతనాల్లో కోత విధించాలని నిర్ణయించింది. కంపెనీ సీఈవో స్థాయి నుంచి కింది స్థాయి ఉద్యోగుల వరకు ఈ నిబంధనను అమలు చేయాలని నిర్ణయించింది. ఇంటెల్ తాజా నిర్ణయంతో ఆ సంస్థ సీఈవో పాట్ గెల్సింగర్ వేతనంలో 25 శాతం, ఎగ్జిక్యూటివ్ స్థాయి ఉద్యోగులకు 15 శాతం, సీనియర్ మేనేజర్లకు 10 శాతం, మధ్యస్థాయి మేనేజర్లకు 5 శాతం కోత విధిస్తారు. కంపెనీపై పెరిగిపోతున్న ఆర్థిక పరమైన భారాన్ని తగ్గించుకునేందుకే ఈ నిర్ణయం తీసుకున్నట్టు ఇంటెల్ తెలిపింది. సంస్థ భవిష్యత్తుకు ఇది దోహదం చేస్తుందని భావిస్తున్నట్టు పేర్కొంది.
