రాజధాని ఔగాడౌగౌకి నైరుతి దిశలో 386 కిలోమీటర్ల (240 మైళ్ళు) దూరంలో ఉన్న గ్బోంబ్లోరాలోని గోమ్గోంబిరో గోల్డ్ ప్యానింగ్ సైట్లో కూడా శక్తివంతమైన పేలుడు భారీ మొత్తంలో వస్తు నష్టాన్ని కలిగించిందని ఆ దేశ అధికారిక వార్తా సంస్థ AIB తెలిపింది. పేలుడు ధాటికి మృతదేహాలు చెల్లాచెదురయ్యాయి. పత్తి తర్వాత బంగారం అగ్రగామిగా మారిన ఈ పశ్చిమ ఆఫ్రికా దేశంలో మైనింగ్ ప్రదేశాలలో అప్పుడప్పుడూ ఇలాంటిఈ విషాదాలు చోటు చేసుకుంటాయి
