Zhuozhou, Hebei ప్రావిన్స్లోని గ్రామస్తుల ప్రకారం వరదలకు బైయాంగ్ సరస్సు నిండిపోవడంతో CCP ద్వారా నీటిని వదిలేశారు. అవి ఈ రెండు గ్రామల మీద పడ్డాయి. ఆ నదిపై చైనా ప్రభుత్వం 'Xiong'an ప్రాజెక్ట్ నిర్మిస్తుండటాన్ని ఈ గ్రామస్తులు వ్యతిరేకిస్తున్నారు. చాలామంది తమ ఆస్తులను కూడా పోగొట్టుకున్నారు.
