అమెరికాపై మంచు తుపాను భీభత్సం సృష్టిస్తోంది.దీని ధాటికి దాదాపు 1500కుపైగా విమానాలు రద్దయ్యాయి. 2.80 లక్షల ఇళ్లకు విద్యుత్ లేకుండా పోయింది. అమెరికా పశ్చిమ తీరం నుంచి గ్రేట్ లేక్స్ వరకు భారీగా మంచు కురుస్తోంది.లాస్ఏంజెల్స్(Los Angeles) సమీపంలో సాధారణంగా వెచ్చగా ఉండే ప్రాంతాలకు భారీ హిమపాతం హెచ్చరికలు జారీ అయ్యాయి.
