Adani Enterprises AGM 2023: హిండెన్బర్గ్ నివేదిక పూర్తిగా దురుద్దేశపూరితం, తమ ప్రతిష్ఠకు భంగం కలిగించేందుకే ఈ నిరాధార ఆరోపణలని తెలిపిన అదాని
అదాని సంస్థలపై అమెరికాకు చెందిన షార్ట్ సెల్లర్ సంస్థ ‘హిండెన్బర్గ్’ ఇచ్చిన నివేదిక పూర్తిగా దురుద్దేశపూరితమని అదానీ గ్రూప్ అధినేత గౌతమ్ అదానీ అన్నారు. తమ ప్రతిష్ఠకు భంగం కలిగించేందుకే నిరాధార ఆరోపణలు చేశారని చెప్పారు. ఈ రోజు అదానీ ఎంటర్ప్రైజెస్ వార్షిక సమావేశం (ఏజీఎం)లో షేర్ హోల్డర్లను ఉద్దేశించి ఆయన ప్రసంగించారు.

భారత చరిత్రలోనే అతిపెద్ద ఫాలో ఆన్ పబ్లిక్ ఆఫరింగ్ (ఎఫ్పీవో)ను ప్రారంభించేందుకు మేం సిద్ధపడుతున్న వేళ.. హిండెన్బర్గ్ ఈ నివేదికను ప్రచురించింది. తప్పుడు సమాచారం, అసత్య ఆరోపణలతో ఆ నివేదికను రూపొందించారు. మా ప్రతిష్ఠను దెబ్బతీయడం, మా స్టాక్ ధరలను తగ్గించి లాభాలను ఆర్జించాలన్న లక్ష్యంతోనే ఉద్దేశపూర్వకంగా చేసిన ప్రయత్నం అది’’ అని గౌతమ్ అదానీ మండిపడ్డారు. మోసపూరిత లావాదేవీలు, స్టాక్ ధరల తారుమారు వంటి అవకతవకలకు అదానీ గ్రూప్ పాల్పడిందంటూ గతంలో హిండెన్బర్గ్ ఆరోపణలు చేసిన విషయం తెలిసిందే.
