లోక్ సభ సిట్టింగ్ ఎంపీల్లో 44 శాతం మంది అంటే 225 మందిపై క్రిమినల్ కేసులున్నాయని అసోసియేషన్ ఫర్ డెమోక్రటిక్ రిఫామ్స్ (ఏడీఆర్) అనే ఎన్జీవో వెల్లడించింది.
Newdelhi, Mar 30: లోక్ సభ సిట్టింగ్ ఎంపీల్లో (Loksabha Sitting MPs) 44 శాతం మంది అంటే 225 మందిపై క్రిమినల్ కేసులున్నాయని (Criminal Cases) అసోసియేషన్ ఫర్ డెమోక్రటిక్ రిఫామ్స్ (ఏడీఆర్-ADR) అనే ఎన్జీవో వెల్లడించింది. మొత్తం ఎంపీల్లో 5 శాతం మంది బిలియనీర్లున్నట్టు ప్రకటించింది. ఒక్కొక్కరి సంపద వందకోట్లకు పైగా ఉన్నదని పేర్కొన్నది. క్రిమినల్ కేసులు నమోదైన ఎంపీల్లో 29 శాతం మందిపై హత్య, హత్యాయత్నం, మత విద్వేషాలను రెచ్చగొట్టడం, కిడ్నాప్, మహిళలపై నేరాలకు పాల్పడటం లాంటి తీవ్రమైన కేసులున్నాయి.
