ఓ వైపు ఎండల తీవ్రత పెరుగుతున్న నేపథ్యంలో భారత వాతావరణ శాఖ (ఐఎండీ) రైతులకు, ప్రజలకు చల్లటి కబురు అందించింది. దేశంలో ఈసారి నైరుతి రుతుపవన సీజన్ లో సాధారణం కంటే అధిక వర్షపాతం నమోదవుతుందని అంచనా వేసింది.
Newdelhi, Apr 16: ఓ వైపు ఎండల తీవ్రత పెరుగుతున్న నేపథ్యంలో భారత వాతావరణ శాఖ (ఐఎండీ) (IMD) రైతులకు, ప్రజలకు చల్లటి కబురు అందించింది. దేశంలో ఈసారి నైరుతి రుతుపవన (Monsoon Season) సీజన్ లో సాధారణం కంటే అధిక వర్షపాతం (Rains) నమోదవుతుందని అంచనా వేసింది. ఆగస్టు-సెప్టెంబరు నాటికి సాధారణం కంటే ఎక్కువ వర్షపాతం నమోదు కావచ్చని వెల్లడించింది. తెలుగు రాష్ట్రాల్లో కూడా ఈ ఏడాది సాధారణం కంటే అధిక వర్షపాతం నమోదవుతుందని హైదరాబాద్ వాతావరణ కేంద్రం శాస్త్రవేత్త డాక్టర్ శ్రావణి తెలిపారు. ప్రైవేటు వాతావరణ సంస్థ సైమెట్ కూడా రుతుపవనాల సీజన్ వర్షాలపై ఇటీవల ఇలాంటి అంచనాలనే వెల్లడించింది.
