Gujarat HC Disallows Termination Of Minor Rape Survivor's 31-Week Pregnancy: మైనర్ రేప్ బాధితురాలి (సుమారు 17 సంవత్సరాల వయస్సు) గర్భం దాల్చడం మంచిది కాదని MTP బోర్డు అభిప్రాయాన్ని దృష్టిలో ఉంచుకుని 31 వారాలకు పైగా గర్భాన్ని తొలగించడాన్ని గుజరాత్ హైకోర్టు ఈరోజు నిరాకరించింది.ఆడపిల్లకు బిడ్డ ప్రసవించే వరకు గుజరాత్ రాష్ట్ర విధానాల ప్రకారం అందుబాటులో ఉన్న అన్ని సౌకర్యాలను విస్తరించడానికి అవసరమైన చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వాన్ని ఆదేశించింది.అత్యాచార బాధితురాలికి రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం అమలులో ఉన్న విధానాల ప్రకారం వివిధ నిబంధనల ప్రకారం పరిహారం చెల్లించాలని రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వాన్ని బెంచ్ ఆదేశించింది.

అయితే, నిందితుడు బెంచ్‌కి అతను ఇప్పటికే వివాహం చేసుకున్నాడని, అతని భార్య ఆశతో ఉందని తెలియజేయడంతో ఆలోచన పడిపోయింది.బాధిత బాలిక 29 వారాల గర్భాన్ని తొలగించాలని కోరుతూ ఆమె తండ్రి దాఖలు చేసిన పిటిషన్‌లో ఈ ఉత్తర్వులు వెలువడ్డాయి.
