Internet Shutdown in Manipur: మణిపూర్లో ఇంటర్నెట్ బంద్ చేయడాన్ని సుప్రీంకోర్టులో సవాల్ చేసిన పిటిషనర్, పిటిషన్ కొట్టేసిన ధర్మాసనం
మే 3 నుండి రాష్ట్రంలో ఇంటర్నెట్ సేవలను నిలిపివేయడాన్ని సవాలు చేస్తూ పిటిషనర్ వేసిన పిటిషన్ ను సుప్రీంకోర్టు అనుమతించింది. హైకోర్టు ఇప్పటికే ఇదే సమస్యను ప్రస్తావించినందున తన అభ్యర్థనతో మణిపూర్ హైకోర్టును ఆశ్రయించడానికి పిటిషనర్ కు సుప్రీంకోర్టు అనుమతించింది.
మే 3 నుండి రాష్ట్రంలో ఇంటర్నెట్ సేవలను నిలిపివేయడాన్ని సవాలు చేస్తూ పిటిషనర్ వేసిన పిటిషన్ ను సుప్రీంకోర్టు కొట్టేసింది. ప్రస్తుతం ఈ వ్యవహారం హైకోర్టులో పెండింగ్లో ఉన్నందున.. ఈ పిటిషన్పై తాము జోక్యం చేసుకోలేమని సుప్రీంకోర్టు స్పష్టం చేసింది. దీనిపై మణిపుర్ హైకోర్టులో స్వతంత్ర పిటిషన్ను దాఖలు చేయాలని పిటిషనర్కు సూచించింది.
