కర్నాటక హైకోర్టు బుధవారం, భార్య తన భర్తతో సంప్రదించి, తన కూతురి కస్టడీని అతనికి తిరిగి ఇవ్వాలనే న్యాయపరమైన ఆదేశాలను పాటించే వరకు ఆమె జీతం మరియు ప్రయోజనాలు నిలిపివేయబడాలని పోలీసులను ఆదేశించింది. జస్టిస్ అలోక్ ఆరాధే మరియు అనంత్ రామ్నాథ్ హెగ్డేలతో కూడిన ధర్మాసనం, మైనర్ పిల్లల ఉనికిని సురక్షితంగా ఉంచడానికి కోర్టు యొక్క సమన్వయ బెంచ్ అనేక ఆదేశాలు జారీ చేసిందని మరియు మహిళపై సివిల్ మరియు క్రిమినల్ ధిక్కార చర్యలను ప్రారంభించాలని ఆదేశించిందని పేర్కొంది.
