ఇండియన్ ఆర్మీ ఇంజనీర్లు స్లింగ్స్ ఉపయోగించి తీవ్రంగా గాయపడిన ఏనుగు 'మోతీ'ని సురక్షితంగా పైకి లేపారు. పరిస్థితి విషమంగా ఉన్న మోతీని కాపాడేందుకు NGO వైద్య బృందం చికిత్స ప్రారంభించింది. మోతీకి ఒక వారం నుంచి ముందు కాలు విరిగి & అరిగిపోయిన ఫుట్ ప్యాడ్‌లతో తీవ్రమైన అవస్థను అనుభవిస్తూ వచ్చింది.ఉత్తరాఖండ్ రూర్కీలో ఈ ఘటన చోటు చేసుకుంది.
