కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ ప్రాథమిక సభ్యత్వంతో సహా అన్ని పదవులకు కాంగ్రెస్ నేత గులాం నబీ ఆజాద్ రాజీనామా చేశారు. " నేను చాలా విచారంతో హృదయపూర్వకంగా భారత జాతీయ కాంగ్రెస్తో నా అర్ధ శతాబ్దపు అనుబంధాన్ని తెంచుకోవాలని నిర్ణయించుకున్నాను"
