Court Orders about Wife Maintenance: ఆదాయం లేకున్నా భర్త భరణం ఇవ్వాల్సిందే.. అలహాబాద్ హైకోర్టు సంచలన తీర్పు
ఆదాయం లేకున్నా, విడాకులు తీసుకున్న భార్యకు ప్రతి నెలా భరణం చెల్లించడం భర్త విద్యుక్త ధర్మం అని అలహాబాద్ హైకోర్టు తీర్పు చెప్పింది.
Newdelhi, Jan 27: ఆదాయం (Income) లేకున్నా, విడాకులు (Divorce) తీసుకున్న భార్యకు ప్రతి నెలా భరణం చెల్లించడం భర్త విద్యుక్త ధర్మం అని అలహాబాద్ హైకోర్టు (Allahabad High court) తీర్పు చెప్పింది. అందుకోసం అన్ స్కిల్డ్ లేబర్ గా పని చేసి రోజూ రూ.300-400 సంపాదించొచ్చునని మెట్టికాయలు వేసింది. విడాకులు తీసుకున్న తన భార్యకు ప్రతి నెలా భరణం చెల్లించడానికి తనకు ఆదాయం లేదని పేర్కొంటూ ఫ్యామిలీ కోర్టు ఇచ్చిన తీర్పును ఓ వ్యక్తి అలహాబాద్ హైకోర్టులో సవరణ పిటిషన్ వేశారు. ఆ వ్యక్తి పిటిషన్ ను అలహాబాద్ హైకోర్టు లక్నో బెంచ్ తోసి పుచ్చింది. సదరు వ్యక్తి ఆయన భార్యకు చెల్లించాల్సిన మొత్తం భరణం రికవరీ బాధ్యతలు పూర్తి చేసేలా చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని ప్రిన్సిపల్ జడ్జిని ఆదేశించింది.
