40 ఏండ్లలో భారత సమాజం పూర్తిగా మారిపోయిందని అలహాబాద్ హైకోర్టు అభిప్రాయపడింది. లైంగికంగా వేధించాడని ఆరోపిస్తూ తప్పుడు కేసులు పెట్టే ఉదంతాలు బాగా పెరిగిపోయాయన్నది.
Newdelhi, Feb 24: 40 ఏండ్లలో భారత సమాజం పూర్తిగా మారిపోయిందని అలహాబాద్ హైకోర్టు (Allahabad High Court) అభిప్రాయపడింది. లైంగికంగా వేధించాడని ఆరోపిస్తూ తప్పుడు కేసులు (False Cases) పెట్టే ఉదంతాలు బాగా పెరిగిపోయాయన్నది. 2019లో రేప్ కి గురయ్యానని వారణాసికి (Varanasi) చెందిన ఓ మహిళ వేసిన పిటిషన్ ను విచారిస్తూ కోర్టు ఈ వ్యాఖ్యలు చేసింది. ఆరోపణలు ఎదుర్కొన్న ఇద్దరికి బెయిల్ మంజూరు చేసింది.
