Amazon Order Went Wrong: అమెజాన్ లో సోనీ హెడ్‌ ఫోన్స్‌ ఆర్డర్‌ చేస్తే.. టూత్‌ పేస్ట్‌ వచ్చింది.. వీడియో ఇదిగో!

Newdelhi, Dec 12: ఖరీదైన సోనీ హెడ్‌ ఫోన్స్‌ (Sony Headphones) ను అమెజాన్ ద్వారా ఆర్డర్‌ చేస్తే.. దానికి బదులు కోల్‌ గేట్‌ టూత్‌ పేస్ట్‌ డెలివరీ అయ్యింది. ఈ ఘటన తో కంగుతిన్న సదరు కస్టమర్ తనకు ఎదురైన అనుభవాన్ని సోషల్‌ మీడియా ద్వారా పంచుకున్నాడు. ఓజాహ్‌ అనే వ్యక్తి ఎక్స్ లో (X) ఓ వీడియో షేర్‌ చేశాడు. ‘సోనీ XB910N వైర్‌ లెస్ హెడ్‌ ఫోన్‌ లను అమెజాన్ ద్వారా రూ. 19,900కి ఆర్డర్ చేశాను. కానీ దానికి బదులుగా కోల్‌ గేట్ టూత్‌ పేస్ట్‌ (Colgate Toothpaste)ను అందుకున్నాను’ అంటూ అమెజాన్ డెలివరీని అన్‌ బాక్సింగ్ చేసే వీడియోను పంచుకున్నాడు. ప్రస్తుతం ఈ వీడియో వైరల్‌ అవుతోంది. ఈ వీడియోపై అమెజాన్‌ సంస్థ కూడా స్పందించింది. ఘటనకు గానూ అతడికి క్షమాపణలు చెప్పింది. ఈ సమస్యను వెంటనే పరిష్కరిస్తామని హామీ ఇచ్చింది.
