కరీంనగర్ జిల్లా రామడుగు మండలం వెదిర గ్రామానికి చెందిన ఎమ్మెస్సార్.. (M Satyanarayana Rao)ఏఐసీసీ ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శిగా, మూడు పర్యాయాలు ఎంపీగా, 2004లో వైఎస్సార్ కేబినెట్‌లో ఎమ్మెస్సార్‌ మంత్రిగా పనిచేశారు.

అదే విధంగా ఉమ్మడి ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ఆర్టీసీ చైర్మన్‌గా, పీసీసీ అధ్యక్షులుగా ఆయన సేవలు అందించారు. దివంగత ముఖ్యమంత్రి వైఎస్సార్‌కు అత్యంత సన్నిహితులుగా ఉండేవారు. నిత్యం సంచలన వ్యాఖ్యలతో వార్తల్లో నిలిచిన వ్యక్తి ఎమ్మెస్సార్. ఉమ్మడి ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ పీసీసీ అధ్యక్షులుగా ఎమ్మెస్సార్ విసిరిన సవాల్‌తో 2006లో తొలిసారి తెలంగాణ కోసం కేసిఆర్ తన ఎంపీ పదవికి రాజీనామా చేశారు. తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర సాధనకు ప్రత్యక్షంగా, పరోక్షంగా ఎమ్మెస్సార్ సహకరించారు.
