మా తెలంగాణ పార్టీకి సుప్రీంకోర్టులో చుక్కెదురయింది. అనవసర పిటిషన్లతో కోర్టు సమయం వృథా చేయడంపై ధర్మాసనం ఆగ్రహం వ్యక్తం చేసింది. కాగా తెలంగాణ హైకోర్టులో తప్పుడు పిటిషన్‌ వేసినందుకు మా తెలంగాణ పార్టీకి రూ.50 వేల జరిమానా విధించింది
మా తెలంగాణ పార్టీకి సుప్రీంకోర్టులో చుక్కెదురయింది. అనవసర పిటిషన్లతో కోర్టు సమయం వృథా చేయడంపై ధర్మాసనం ఆగ్రహం వ్యక్తం చేసింది. కాగా తెలంగాణ హైకోర్టులో తప్పుడు పిటిషన్‌ వేసినందుకు మా తెలంగాణ పార్టీకి రూ.50 వేల జరిమానా విధించింది. హైకోర్టు తీర్పుపై సదరు పార్టీ సుప్రీంకోర్టును ఆశ్రయించింది. హైకోర్టు జరిమానాను మాఫీ చేయాలని కోరుతూ సర్వోన్నత న్యాయస్థానంలో పిటిషన్‌ వేసింది.
తమ క్లైంట్‌ది పేద పార్టీ అని, హైకోర్టు విధించిన జరిమానా కట్టలేమని మా తెలంగాణ పార్టీ తరపు న్యాయవాది కోర్టును కోరారు. దీనిపై విచారణ చేపట్టిన సుప్రీంకోర్టు మా తెలంగాణ పార్టీపై ఆగ్రహం వ్యక్తం చేసింది. ఇష్టానుసారంగా పిటిషన్‌లు వేస్తే పేద పార్టీ అంటారా? అని సీజేఐ చంద్రచూడ్‌ నేతృత్వంలోని ధర్మాసనం ప్రశ్నించింది. పేద పార్టీ అంటూ అడ్వొకేట్‌ను తప్పుపట్టించింనందుకు పెనాల్టీ కట్టాలని మా తెలంగాణ పార్టీని ఆదేశించింది.
